Welcome to Oaklin Lane. These terms explain how our website and our events work. By using oaklinlane.com or signing up for an Oaklin Lane event, you agree to them.
Event Registration and Payments
When you sign up for an event, please give us accurate details for you and each child who will attend. Your spot is saved once registration is complete and any fee is paid. Prices are listed on each event page and are charged in U.S. dollars when you register. Some events ask a parent or caregiver to sign a waiver as part of registration.
Refunds
Unless the event page says otherwise:
- If you cancel 48 hours or more before the event starts, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event starts, no refund is available.
- If Oaklin Lane cancels the event, you get a full refund.
Some events have their own refund policy. When an event page lists a different policy, that policy applies to that event. To cancel, email us at info@oaklinlane.com.
Photos at Events
We love sharing the fun of our events. We only take photos of children whose parent or caregiver said yes to photos when registering. If you said no, we won’t photograph your child. If you change your mind, email us and we’ll update your choice.
Using Our Website
Our website is here to help families learn about pediatric therapy and connect with us. When you use it, please:
- Use it only for lawful purposes
- Give accurate information on any form
- Don’t try to disrupt the site, get into areas that aren’t public, or collect information about other people
- Don’t copy or resell our content, logos or resources for commercial use without our written permission
Our free resources are for personal and educational use. They share general information, and they don’t replace an evaluation by a licensed therapist.
Your Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. If you sign up for partner text updates, our Text Message Terms also apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top of this page.
