You built something families drive across town for. Let’s make sure it lasts.

Do you own a sensory-integration, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic and started wondering what comes next? For you, your team, and the families who count on you?

If so, I’d love to talk. No pressure, no pitch. Just two people who care about this work, having a real conversation.

Confidential. No obligation. It goes straight to me.

A note from Chris

I don’t take what you’ve built lightly.

You picked the swings. You laid out the gym. You hired therapists you’d trust with your own kids, and you taught them the way you wanted things done. Families walked in nervous and walked out with hope. And a lot of them have been coming back for years.

That is more than a business, it is a legacy. And when it is time to think about what’s next, the question that keeps most owners up at night isn’t “what’s it worth?” — it’s “what happens to all of it?”

That’s the conversation I want to have with you.

Who this is for

This is for you if you own a pediatric clinic where OT, PT, and speech share a roof; where sensory integration is at the heart of what you do; and the gym is full of kids doing hard work that looks like play.

Maybe you’re thinking about retirement. Maybe you’re ready to hand off the paperwork and get back to the kids. Maybe you just want to know your team and your families will be cared for long after you step back. Wherever you are in that thinking, this is a good place to start.

And it doesn’t matter where you are — we partner with clinics across the country, so location is never the thing that stands in the way.

What stays the same

The three things you care about most:

Let's Chat

Your team stays your team.

The therapists and staff you hired are the reason families trust your front door. They keep their jobs and gain mentorship, real supervision, and room to grow into the careers they came into this field for.

Your families keep the care they know.

The kids on your caseload keep seeing the therapists they’ve bonded with, in the space they’re comfortable in. Continuity of care isn’t a nice-to-have to us — it’s the whole point.

Your legacy keeps going.

Everything you built the clinic to stand for gets carried forward, not painted over. The reputation you earned in your neighborhood is exactly what we want to protect and grow.

What gets better

Partnering with Oaklin Lane means you get to keep doing the parts you love and let go of the parts you don’t.

Let's Chat

The back office is off your plate.

Billing, credentialing, hiring, compliance, the 10PM spreadsheets. That becomes our job.

Your therapists get supported.

Mentorship, thoughtful caseloads, and career paths. The people who make your clinic special want to stay.

Your space gets invested in.

The equipment, the gym, and the little things that make therapy feel like play.

You get options.

Step away or stay on, leading clinically without the administrative weight. We’ll build around your needs.

How it works

Simple, private, no pressure.

Step 1

We talk.

One confidential conversation, just you and me. You tell me about what you built. Nothing leaves that room.

Step 2

We learn your clinic.

If it feels like a fit, we take a careful look together and arrive at a fair, honest value for what you’ve created.

Step 3

We plan the handoff.

We build a transition that protects your team and your families, at a pace that works for you.

one other thought...

Most owners tell me the first call is the part they were dreading and the part that felt the easiest.

Bring your questions. Bring your list of “but what about…” We’ll walk through all of it.

Why Oaklin Lane

We’re your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic; the place where hard work looks like having fun. We built Oaklin Lane on three things:

We do the
hard things

The work that actually helps kids, done right.

We meet you
in your lane

Every clinic, family, and therapist has their own starting point, and we start there.

We show up for
the neighborhood

The families who trust us are our neighbors, and we treat them that way.

When a clinic joins Oaklin Lane, the families find relief and the clinicians find purpose. That’s the whole idea. That’s why we’d love to talk to you.

Our founder’s story

Why I do this

I grew up in Louisiana and went through the public school system there, and even as a child I could sense that we weren’t receiving the kind of support or funding we needed. I know that firsthand, because I struggled in school myself.

When I was younger I was held back a grade for behavioral and attention problems — problems I now suspect went undiagnosed. I can still remember how desperately I wanted to participate, to raise my hand and belong like the other kids; I just wasn’t wired to do it in the way I was expected to.

Instead of feeling supported, I was put in a corner and labeled a problem child. So from a very early age I carried a quiet anxiety — a sense that I wasn’t good enough to be included, that something was wrong with me. I didn’t have the help I needed.

I also watched friends of mine fall behind year after year, and many of them eventually gave up and dropped out — by the time I graduated, only about 60 percent of my class made it across the finish line with me. Those weren’t merely numbers to me. They were people I had grown up alongside, friends from my neighborhood, and I saw firsthand what it did to them and their families when no one stepped in to help.

I did not yet have the wisdom or the resources to change any of it...

But I promised myself that if I ever reached a point where I could help, I would.

My grandparents, Enrique and Ernestina

My mother is the one who gave that promise its weight. When I was young, my grandparents were killed in the deadliest plane crash in Central America’s history, and only a handful of those on board survived.

I grew up hearing stories about grandparents who were no longer there, and those stories became a constant reminder of what truly matters in life:

Gratitude, and the time we are given with the people we love.

My mom and me

So when I look back, the path to pediatric therapy makes complete sense. It comes from the friends I watched slip through the cracks with no one there to catch them, and from a mother who taught me that a life is best spent in service of others.

Every child deserves someone who notices when they are struggling and who is willing to show up for them — and that, above all, is why we are here.
