Chelsey Anderson is the Director of Clinical Operations at Oaklin Lane, helping build the systems, standards, and support structures that allow pediatric therapy teams to serve families well across multiple locations.

Chelsey’s perspective comes from working through nearly every layer of the organization. She began as a part-time Office Aide digitizing data, then moved through hands-on roles as a Therapy Technician, Office Manager, Director of Wellness, and Practice Manager before stepping into clinical operations leadership.

That path shapes the way she leads today. Chelsey understands the day-to-day realities behind accounting, billing, HR, clinical support, patient care, and team operations because she has worked inside them herself. At Oaklin Lane, she helps create clear processes, consistent standards, and scalable systems that support both clinicians and families as the company grows.

Her work focuses on bridging high-level strategy with front-line execution, making sure Oaklin Lane’s operations stay efficient, thoughtful, and connected to the people doing the work every day.
